FROM MILESTONES TO MEMORIES
Amos Pewter’s artisans are proud to be keepers of timehonoured practices while at the same time offering innovative designs. Located in an open studio in Mahone Bay, you are invited to step into our workshop for live demonstrations. Our artisans will show you how they carefully ladle molten pewter into a spinning mould. Each mould originates with carved wax which mirrors the original hand drawn design. Once the piece is removed from the mould, it is hand-finished in a process that ensures excellence in craftsmanship.
