The ECONOMUSÉE® network society is pleased to have accompanied its artisan members in the implementation of health measures in their economusees, heritage and culinary spaces in order to allow visitors to once again live a safe and pleasant experience. Note that the artisans have reopened their doors to allow their precious visitors to live a privileged encounter in their économusées. Please note that some activities may not be offered and for this reason, we invite you to learn more about social media and artisans’ websites. The collaboration and empowerment of each visitor remains essential to ensure that everyone can have a positive and memorable experience.

Although the reopening at each of the artisans is in constant evolution, these people of passion will be more than happy to welcome you again. In order to share their know-how with you, we invite you to consult the rules to be followed BEFORE, DURING and AFTER your visit (see below).

Before - at home

First, find out about guidelines for inter-regional and city travel.

Be sure to visit websites and social media sites or call artisans to find out their business hours, activities offered and health measures in place. This could lead longer than normal wait times on site.

If possible, book your experience in advance with the artisans.

Contact them if you have any questions; it will be their pleasure to help you.

Please be aware that if you or a family member has symptoms related to COVID-19, we ask that you stay home and postpone your visit at a later date.

During - at the artisans

As soon as you arrive on the premises, our artisans will welcome and accompany you in the health measures to be followed in their establishment. Some questions may be asked to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all visitors.

Follow the site’s directions (stop sign, waiting line, arrow, etc.) while respecting the physical distance of 2 meters. It is mandatory to wear a mask in indoor public places that are closed or partially covered (as of July 18).

Handle only the products you wish to purchase. Do not hesitate to ask questions or ask for help from staff.

Disinfect your hands and cough into your elbow.

Favor contactless payment on site.

After - En route

Whenever possible, clean your purchases and reusable bag if you are bringing home souvenirs. Wash your hands afterwards.

If you had an authentic and enjoyable experience with our artisans, share it on social networks by posting photos and identifying the pages of the companies you visited. In your publications, don’t forget to use the following hashtags: #economusees, #artisansatwork and #buylocal.

Your opinions and comments will be welcomed by all Quebec artisans. They thank you very much and hope to see you again very soon.
