Three generations of the Arseneau family have run these smokers, the only ones in service on the islands. Tour the premises and meet Dan and Ben to Ben. Explore buildings that bear witness to the flourishing era of smoked herring on the Magdalene Islands. Testimonials, tastings, photos and objects allow visitors to follow the herring processing and the evolution of this industry.
