TURNING CLAY EVERY DAY

Géraldine Cyr founded La Maison du potier in 1990 in Old Harry on the Magdalen Islands. For the past 35 years, this potter has been creating a wide range of hand-turned pottery with its exclusive design characterized by clover blossoms, hay dunes and clotheslines.

Géraldine Cyr’s work is in line with a long tradition of pottery and she also gives her work a contemporary touch while producing utilitarian articles with an aesthetic appeal. Without a doubt, her major strength lies in her love and passion for her craft! Her availability and the attention she pays to new trends are remarkable as well.
