Since 1990, Vallier Robert has been developing unique knowhow. He ferments maple sap, creating alcoholic beverages, the acers. An inspiring story told during an informative guided tour! From the cellars where the acers age to the sugar shack, you’ll hear about production methods, the virtues of maple, and possible kitchen combinations.
