In the Gaspesian town of Sainte-Anne-des-Monts lives a chocolate maker who loves to take inspiration from his beautiful peninsula to create fine and unique chocolates. This artist is Carl Pelletier. His daughter Paule shares management duties with him. When you enter the Couleur Chocolat boutique, you’ll immediately be charmed by the scents of cocoa, caramel, toasted nuts, and fruits that spice up the room. You’ll also discover the forest chocolates, which are the company’s trademark product: eight aromatic experiences that will remind you of a stroll in the Gaspé forest. Carl Pelletier is a creative fellow who concocts surprising combinations and knows just how to forge felicitous flavour combinations. He works with high quality chocolate from different parts of the world. Quality, originality, and freshness are his watchwords. The workshop visit is a virtual reality tour. Couleur Chocolat is the first ÉCONOMUSÉE® to use this technology to reveal a shop’s inner workings. Immerse yourself in Carl Pelletier’s world and virtually accompany him in the design of his sweet treats. (COVID-19: Activity suspended indefinitely)
